All of our staff have a functional background in actuarial mathematics. Most have experience working for actuarial or pension benefit administration services firms. All of our staff have the technical skills and aptitude to support the pension admin product. Prior to hiring, any PensionSmart candidate must have experience with relational databases, programming development and process improvement through information management systems development.
Starting with the right base skills is the key to our professional development. You have to have the right person before you train them. Then we train associate personnel with a proven program that we have developed and evolved through our own experience and feedback from our customers. After our formalized training program, we further develop our consultants’ experience through a comprehensive shadowing program.
