Joseph Lojko
President

Joseph Lojko is a co-founder of PensionSmart and has been working with the PeopleSoft Pension product since 1997. His current responsibilities include customer project management, internal project leadership, resource development and new business development. Joe is involved in almost every aspect of the day to day operations of the company but he still rolls up his sleeves to solve customer needs with on-the-ground execution.  Prior to PensionSmart, Joe was the Pension Product Lead for PeopleSoft's Professional Services Group and before that, a defined benefit software engineer at Mercer.


 

 

 

Mark Tomsheck

Mark Tomsheck
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Tomsheck is a founding partner of PensionSmart, Inc. His primary focus is the delivery of extraordinary services as demonstrated through his own client projects.  He is dedicated to the development of product expert teams through strategic hiring and comprehensive training. Mr. Tomsheck is also focused on methodology improvements, including the development of a suite of implementation utilities. Mr. Tomsheck has presented at the PeopleSoft User's Conference detailing innovative solutions to challenges encountered implementing Cash Balance functionality through PeopleSoft Pension Administration.  Mr. Tomsheck has been working with PeopleSoft Pension Administration module since 1997 and with retirement plan administrative systems since 1993 for Private, Public, and Non-Profit entities of varying sizes. Mr. Tomsheck has a Bachelors degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Purdue University.

Evan Leventhal
Operations Director

As the Operations Director at PensionSmart, Evan Leventhal’s primary focus is the delivery of the highest level of service to our customers. Mr. Leventhal has been designing, developing and implementing retirement plan administrative systems since 1996. Mr. Leventhal oversees the execution of our resource development program and the maintenance and implementation of our methodologies and technologies. His experience includes the development and administration of pension calculation systems for private and public entities of varying sizes. Mr. Leventhal has recently led several customer-based initiatives, including implementation projects and custom product development projects. Mr. Leventhal has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Mathematical Sciences from Binghamton University.

Lisa Ripple
Business Director


Ms. Ripple has been designing and implementing retirement plan administration systems since 1995. Ms. Ripple’s combined business management expertise and technical specialization are matchless in our field. Her immense talents allow her to oversee complex projects for our most strategic customers, while also developing new business, internal resources and third party relationships. Ms. Ripple supports our internal marketing efforts and she continues to support the refinement of our methodologies. Prior to PensionSmart, Ms. Ripple was the owner/president of Bentley Software Engineering, and prior to that she was an implementation manager for Synon. Ms Ripple has a MBA from Southern Illinois University and a BS in Finance from Illinois State University.
