Each of our consultants come from a very specific combined background of Defined Benefits administration and benefit calculation software development. This specialized combination is unique and it is one clear way that we distinguish ourselves from other service providers.

Training
Our internal training program is also unique. Our consultants are trained on the core PeopleSoft human resources suite of products, and then extensively trained on Pension Administration product. Our training includes all of the PeopleSoft provided development tools (PeopleTools) as well as our internally developed tools and methodologies, developed specifically for and through the implementation of the Pension Administration product.

Focus
Our exclusive concentration in one field allows us to fully understand the issues related to this product. Our consultants do not work with a large range of products. PensionSmart consultants work only on Pension Administration implementations. When their current project is completed, they will be contracted on another Pension Administration implementation. This allows us to truly develop experts.

We know that this is different than the practices of many other service providers and we feel this is the main reason that our resources are so sought after. Many of our existing clients have other obvious options for consulting resources, yet they choose, extend, and continue to request our services.

The range of our service offerings includes different team members. Many of the projects that we are involved in, require efforts that are typical of a Product Specialist and do not lend themselves to labels. But in larger projects, we are able to provide different resources that make up portions of project teams. The following titles define our resources.

Project Manager - able to deliver a successful project based on experience with clients of similar size and complexity.

Product Specialist - able to work alone to resolve outstanding issues. Experienced at developing and implementing customizations.

Consultant - experienced at developing requirements, implementing plan parameters. Able to work with teams to develop resolutions to unique implementation issues.

Associate Consultant - experienced at benefit calculation software development and Defined Benefits administration.
