A major part of our implementation methodology is our delivery approach. Our on-site delivery model lends itself to most of the major components of our methodology. But there are also other essential components of our methodology that distinguish us within our field.
 

Prototyping
One key to our methodology is early prototyping. This rapid, hands-on approach helps to identify development issues early on in the implementation process. Earlier identification results in more wholly integrated solutions and effective project planning and execution.

This approach also allows the team to properly delegate responsibilities, allowing the right resources to work on the tasks that they are most suited for. With early prototyping, realistic project goals are set and late-project surprises are minimized.
 

PensionSmart Utilities
Other highlights of our methodology include our custom developed utilities. Our experience with implementing the Pension Administration product has allowed us to facilitate many implementation tasks through automation. This allows for more organized planning, more effective execution, and more accurate testing.
