Two individuals felt they could do a better job implementing
the PeopleSoft Pension Administration product by
developing an entire firm, dedicated to the product. Based on
this ambition, Joseph Lojko and Mark Tomsheck combined their
knowledge, experience and philosophies and founded
PensionSmart. The company is still centered on the basic
principle that by concentrating exclusively on one thing, you
can do it better.
Our feeling is that by focusing our business exclusively
around this product, we are able to more effectively hire and
train consultants, deliver specialized services, and implement
the Pension Administration product. We do not experience the
high volume that we might with Payroll, HRMS and other modules. But in this case, we feel that the lower
volume fits with our goal of delivering the very best
services. We have chosen quality over quantity because
that is how we measure success.
